Volume IV No. 4 Nicholas Scrolls May 2008 The
Matthew 23:34 “Wherefore, behold, I send unto
you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and
crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute
them from city to city:” Jesus gave the above warning to the people gathered in the
temple and admonished that all who failed to heed His warning would be found
guilty of all the righteous blood shed throughout time. He finished His
exhortation with a promise and a warning; Matthew 23:39 “For I say unto you, ye shall not
see me henceforth, till ye shall say, blessed is he that cometh in the name of
the Lord.” I plead
with you all, do not be caught in “unbelief” and don’t kill the messengers who
bring you life saving admonitions. This is their calling and duty, to warn you
of things to come and give you remedy in order that you may overcome the
forthcoming adversity, which was promised. 1 Peter 4:17 “For the time is come for
judgment to begin at the house of God: and if it begin first at us, what shall
be the end of them that obey not the gospel of God?” “So therefore brethren be no more strangers
and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of
God that are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ
Jesus himself being the chief corner stone upon which you should stand,”
declares the Spirit in me. Watch for the signs that
accompany the warnings… Greetings
brethren, friends and neighbors, I bid
all of you shalom to you and those who gather with you in the name of our
Father in heaven and His Son – our only Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ. This
Scroll will read a little differently than my usual. It is difficult for some
to grasp the spiritual intensity in some of my exhortations. Some have
difficulty relating with the strength of my inspired admonitions and question
the validity of my occasional prophetic warnings. So that you can see I am not
much different than any other man, I decided to incorporate a little more
secular witness and testimony in this edition to help you see that I struggle
with the same things you do and share the same concerns about the deterioration
of our society and the never ending loss of freedom and abuse of power affecting
us all. The enemies of God are gaining strength over the righteous in this hour
and many of us are being provoked to stumble in our walk and relationship with
God. Holdfast brethren and shipmates, the storm’s intensity is increasing.
Watch for the sign of Jonah that comes upon the wicked and evil generation
gaining power over us. Matthew
12:39 “But he answered and said unto them, an
evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign; and there shall no sign be
given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:” I no
sooner published and sent out the last Scroll, Volume IV No. 3 and was met with
some strange and unusual activity. More than one of my ministry associations
(participants) were experiencing some unusual surveillance and monitoring
activity over the Internet. In order to protect their innocence I will refrain
from using their names here as I don’t want to bring any unnecessary attention
to them or possible danger to their spouses and loved ones. One of the men from
my group was approached directly by one or more comrades still active in the US
Armed Forces locally. Evidently, an order is being passed down to all active
military personnel and some inactive personnel who had once held certain
security level clearances, “not to
associate or actively participate in any way or by any means with any online
Internet Web Ministries.” The reasons being given here are in the “best interests of National Security.”
In one case, the warning went as far to threaten my associate with the
possibility of being brought up on “charges
of treason” in the event that our country gets locked down in a national
security crisis. Hmm, just what have I said or done recently that would have
brought so much attention to certain members of my fellowship? Just whose
feathers did I ruffle anyway? Is another staged event about to take place or is
our government just a little too paranoid? I’ve suspected for several years that certain high ranking officers were not permitted to communicate via email or by other cyberspace means with ministries like mine as was evidenced by the apparent exodus of military persons “unsubscribing” from my list over the years. Until recently, I did not think that I would be a danger to anyone serving in the Armed Forces. Apparently that is not a view shared by Commanders and some higher ranking officials. I’ve heard President George Bush refer to groups and organizations like mine as being “conspiracy theorists” in one or more of his State of the Union addresses. They’re certainly are plenty of real conspiracy theorists out there attempting to undermine the security and safety of our country and its citizens but I am not one of them. What is really happening here is some of us who are devoted to the true gospel of Christ crucified and are God-fearing in all our applications are essentially viewed as a threat. But a threat to whom and how? The truth apparently is a dangerous weapon yet Jesus exhorted it would set us free. I presume then the truth must only be dangerous to those who would try to control and restrict us suppressing our freedoms. I am a soldier of sorts but the battle we must fight is a spiritual one. Ephesians 6:12 “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” If you’ve been with me for a number of years you know that I don’t pull any punches when it comes to calling out and exposing falsehoods within Church and Government but I am not a militant person in any way shape or form. The strength of my presented arguments come directly from the profound truthful nature of the scriptures and also straight forward visible evidence as was the case in the 911 attacks on America. I’ve handled other topics the same way when contrasting the example and teachings of Christ Jesus with the all powerful Catholic Church or against the exhibited hatred found in the Koran. A person does not have to be of superior intelligence to discern the flood of deception pouring out of government and ecclesial circles to know that something is amiss in today’s society. One only needs to pay attention to current events and exercise a healthy skepticism. But knowing that something is wrong is not enough to protect oneself from deception. One must also be willing and able to “seek out the truth” of a matter to have any chance of avoidance to falling headlong into snares or pits of darkness. I’ve been told on occasion that “I know too much” but if that is true, I cannot help myself. Exercising various gifts and discernment is what one must do if he or she desires to be useful to God. In my own view, what I see that is obvious to my own eyes should also be as obvious to others but this unfortunately is not always the case. Many people today are so deceived and conditioned into believing lies that they can’t possibly tell the difference between truth and falsehood even when their lives depend on it. For those with blinders on or scales over their eyes good judgment and reason becomes a crap shoot. This cause and effect is what is leading our world into utter decline. Ultimately, man lives and dies by
the choices he makes. Like it or not, all men are influenced by various
spiritual principalities. Who’s paying attention anymore? Who bothers to “test
all things” and “judge with a righteous judgment” anymore?
Has the word of God not judged us? Does anyone dare call the deterioration of
contemporary Christianity “apostasy”
as I have? Do you really think that a Koran believing Muslim has an equal stake
in peaceful relations toward you? Do you still think that burning jet fuel
brought down the twin towers in Because I publish a form of “free press” to a targeted audience of Christian believers and am able to exhort, warn, reprove and rebuke imposters of faith I have somehow become a “person of interest” to certain authorities. Fortunately, no one has made any attempt on my life nor have I been hauled off for questioning by any agency or authority yet they’re still seems to be a lot of activity surrounding me and certain persons I know. I have been aware of occasional surveillance and monitoring of my whereabouts, travels and activities since the 911 events took place. Truth be known, that probably had something to do with my letter of warning sent to President George Bush shortly after he took office that year. Some of you may recall that that particular letter dated January 27, 2001 warned the new President, “We are about to be delivered into our enemies hands.” Suffice to say that I was not aware I was writing and exhorting to my real enemy at the time. The main jest of that letter and the eleven exhortations which accompanied it and the 45 minute video taped message I sent to the White House entitled, “Message to the American Nation and Her Allied Neighbors” on October 28, 2001 was simply an appeal to President Bush to lead this country into a genuine repentance lest we fall under severe judgment by GOD. The sign of Jonah is being delivered to an evil and adulterous people! Behold brethren; I give you the sign of Jonah. Repent (turn away from…) and acknowledge God’s discipline as His love or continue to suffer rebuke and chastening. Avoid being swallowed up by the beast of the sea. Revelation 3:19-20 “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous
therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man
hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him,
and he with me.” Just in the last two months I’ve
seen the Government contracted goons show up again to photograph and record the
location of my yacht (home) and monitor my travels. Each year I’ve seen them
return with their cameras, radios, clip boards and cell phones and they usually
photograph my vehicle too and always manage to take a few snapshots of me on my
boat or the docks. At first I thought these goons were really poor at doing
their job monitoring me because they’ve made themselves so obvious in the past
and now again more recently. The same week that the Pope was on the East coast
and visiting I was in the salon area of my boat eating dinner just when I had got up to take my dish to the galley sink. When I entered the galley I saw a man standing on the dock directly off my port bow taking pictures of my vessel. He immediately saw that I was aware of his presence and swiftly walked down the docks making an exit. I followed him briskly and as he got into his burgundy colored mini van to leave the marina I got into my van intending to follow. I followed him out closely down the street and clearly saw the company logo decal on his back hatch window. It read “A+ Court Reporters.” He saw that I was following close and took an abrupt right turn off the exit ramp without signaling so I lost him. I was most recently followed to a local restaurant and the grocery store at the top of the hill in the Stadium district too. It almost seems like they’re trying to provoke me in some way because these agents, whoever they are, have made it clear that I am being watched. I honestly do not know why. They have become quite a curiosity to me. There is no point in trying to get close enough to these goons because they would most probably conceal the real reason for their presence so I don’t bother. It is more than obvious that someone is building a file on me. I just can’t say why. Within two weeks of the above incident a local friend and participant of my ministry approached me and with a great deal of nervous apprehension in his voice expressed that both he and his girlfriend were recently approached by certain men claiming to be NSA agents. The agents questioned them separately about their affiliation with me and or my ministry. The apparent questioning had more to do with his former military background and was somehow tied in with his affiliation to me. It was then my friend was strongly warned not to associate with any on line web ministries because men like me are viewed as a “potential threat” to national security. The warning went as far to threaten him with possible charges of treason if he was suspected of or caught divulging any information that might still be viewed as sensitive – classified material. Now his girlfriend is frightened out of her mind and won’t have anything to do with me. She has even tried to compel my friend to terminate our friendship. So much for her faith in action! For the benefit of all
persons reading this Scroll who are assigned to on going or periodic surveillance
and monitoring of my ministry activities, I would like to go on record at this
time stating that no one person or persons of current or former military affiliation
is feeding me with any kind of sensitive material or classified information by
either written or oral means related to current or past secret military operations.
If I know or have published anything of a sensitive nature then it was merely
the result of wisdom and or discernment granted me by GOD and use of my keen
observation skills. The mere fact that I am still a
free man without any kind of criminal record should be a testament to anyone
who might be nervous about associating with me. I have had a number of criminal
FBI background checks done on me for licensing in my current vocation, salvage
work in restricted areas, immigration to and from Speaking of security back ground checks, this September 2008 marks the deadline when all licensed Merchant Mariners will be required by Law to obtain and carry a new form of identification. It’s called a TWIC which stands for Transportation Worker Identity Credentials and it employs a new biometric information chip which can be scanned by various personnel to prove one’s identity. I’ve recently seen the same used for active military personnel. Yes folks, this is the very same technology that will one day soon produce the biometric chip implant that the world’s citizenry will be required to accept if they want to maintain the right to work, buy, trade, sell or barter for goods… you know, the MARK! Right now it’s just a wallet sized card that can easily be tossed if need be. The day they require me to put this thing under my skin is the day I give them an “unfriendly gesture” on the way out the door! The process to get one will cost me approximately $135.00 and I will once again have to be fingerprinted and another FBI background check must be performed on me. Good grief folks, just how many times do they have to require me to prove my identity anyway? Wasn’t the extensive process involved to get a US Passport sufficient enough? Next year when my Masters renewal comes up in April I will again be background checked and new fingerprints will once again be taken. This is not only ridiculous folks but clearly shows a remarkable increase in government spending, redundancy and an excessive waste of my money - all for the cause of national security. If this country is so damned paranoid over national security then why don’t we just close down our boarders and shut down all immigration into this country? And for God’s sake STOP harassing law abiding US Citizens! Signs,
signs everywhere are signs! More than 40 tornadoes ravaged
the south this last week after extreme flooding in the Northeast while freezing
blizzards blanket the Dakotas maintaining winter-like conditions across the
northern states. 782 tornadoes have been reported this year exceeding last
years total by 42 thus far. Violent 135-150 mph cyclonic winds devastate a four
State area wreaking havoc on entire neighborhoods damaging homes, schools and
shops across a major portion of It is noteworthy to mention here
that seismic activity seems to still be on the increase in parts of Weather extremes and rising utility costs directly affect food production in our country and we’ve all been told recently that the production of alternative fuels is also putting a pinch on our food stores due to the need for corn fuel additives. Given that there is little or no difference in emissions by producing and using ethanol additives it seems to me we should go back to feeding our citizens and give the working class a break at the cash register. Food prices have gone up an average of 183% over the last year. Warehouse department store chains like Sam’s Club and Costco are now beginning to ration wheat and rice. It now costs as much for a gallon of gas as a gallon of milk. The cost of diesel is sending truckers to the poor house because it now costs them more than $1000.00 to fill up their tanks reducing any hope of making enough to feed their own families. Truckers supply this country with all the consumer goods we need to live reasonable and comfortable lives including the foods we eat and all the increasing fuel costs are being added directly to our grocery bills. Growing fears of a food shortage coupled with increased pricing is causing some to panic as they begin to stockpile. With the unrelenting adverse
weather patterns and rising utility costs affecting the nation’s farmland production
added to the uncontrolled rising fuel prices at the pumps directly impacting
the price of foods we eat ultimately leaves us less in our pocket books adding
to the devaluation of the dollar. This has become a spin cycle that will
ultimately destroy the economy and our way of life. For many in this country, a
typical day consists in burning your fuel up while sitting in miles of
congested traffic lasting an average of 45 minutes to 1.5 hours each way just
to get to or from work. Then before you go home after a long day at work you have
to drive to the market after a 10 hour shift to buy groceries in order to feed
yourself and your family assuming that you’re not too tired to cook after
having spent a long day at work and an average of 3 hours in traffic. How long
do you think it will be before Pricey new tolls are now being
charged on our major bridges and commute corridors which were paid for by

they will become our needy servants and we will become their masters = Elite
Agenda. It is being suggested in
government circles that herding us around like cattle and taking away our
personal vehicles reduces the harmful emissions causing green house gasses
which they say is the reason for our extreme weather patterns? All this is
supposed to reduce our I don’t know about you but it is real obvious to me that global warming is a farce and a convenient excuse to channel billions upon billions of dollars into elite pocketbooks and government coffers. These elite men and their constituents are presently controlling corporate and governmental infrastructures. I feel the same about NAFTA and CAFTA. These programs only benefit the elite classes while American jobs are being replaced with cheaper international labor, parts and programs and substandard consumer goods. Just ask any Boeing employee not in management what the real reasons are for the 787 Dreamliner delays and you’ll get a clear picture of what I call “selling out American jobs, liberties and treasures.” To understand any of this one only needs to follow the trail of money. President Bush’s 2008 “stimulus package” is an utter insult and slap in the face to struggling Americans. Please tell me how a $600.00 check from the Federal Treasury is going to help me off-set the 75% increase in utilities and the 183% increase in food costs? Adding salt to my bleeding wounds President Bush wants me to “stimulate” the American economy with my meager $600.00? Stimulate this George..!. Further adding insult to injury
with regards to the food shortage and in the wake of increasing food prices
we’re getting dog scraps for quality. The best of our apples and oranges get
exported out and we end up with the scaly pithy remnants waxed to improve
appearances in the produce corner. Oh hey but if you want healthier foods then
buck up and spend twice the price for “organic” and take a chance that it
hasn’t been tainted with “ecoli.” How much beef has been destroyed because of
the alleged dangers of “Mad Cow Disease?” Bottled water is no cleaner than tap
water and your $4.00/gal. Milk is loaded with growth hormones! Has anybody
noticed what happened to the quality of canned tuna over the years? Remember
when every can of Chunky Star-Kist Tuna was loaded with firm meaty morsels of
quality fish? Have you noticed that all you get nowadays is a mushy filling fit
only for your cat? Do you get the picture yet folks? We’re being fed the
frocking scraps off the processing plant floor because the real good stuff was
shipped out to foreign countries in the interest of good relations with nations
we’re indebted up to our eyeballs with! Add to that the incompetent and
unnecessary Food and Drug Administration falling asleep at the helm while
American health continues to deteriorate and is in imminent danger of being
shipwrecked! But hey, We have become slaves to
oppression and control and unless we WAKE UP AND LOOK AROUND TO SEE WHAT’S REALLY
GOING DOWN you’re not going to know what hit you in the middle of the night
taking away your very lives - bank accounts, homes, health and jobs. Most of us
have lost one or more of the above in our lifetimes through personal adversity but
how bad will it be when you wake up one morning to find that all your
constitutional freedoms have been suspended and the President of the I have repeatedly proclaimed that
a major significant event will likely take place this year. Perhaps a total
economic collapse is what we’ll be seeing? It certainly looks like that’s the
road we’re headed down now – The MELTDOWN of Campaigning
– The Art & Science of Deception Lies, lies, hypocrisy and more lies. My oh my how the devil loves election years! Webster’s should redefine the word “campaigning” to read; the art and science of deceiving whole populations by overwhelming the majority with false information and promises designed to distract concerned citizens from their reality. Too many Americans believe that
their favorite Presidential candidate is going to somehow miraculously heal the
nation of its ills. These are the same citizens that long ago gave over their
power and authority they once held in their own hands to polished bureaucrats
making promises they can’t keep against the strong tide of liberalism. Don’t think for a moment that
Barak Obama can do a thing to bring about positive change. He is as much a
puppet to the corporate infrastructure of this country as Hillary Clinton or
John McCain. Barak and Hillary have divided the Democratic Party and will in no
wise take the White House because of it. Just as well anyway because as long as
NAFTA remains in place and The only one besides God that has the power to affect change is YOU! God never takes away your free will so that means therefore that YOU have the power right now to make a difference. I vote NO CONFIDENCE in US Government from the top - down. Further, my lack of confidence in politicians means that as in years past when I refused to be forced into choosing the lesser of two evils – I once again will not play at the devil’s game. I reject the stupid argument that my refusal to vote means that I don’t have a say – BULL CRAP! My choice not to participate is a vote and furthermore keeps my hands free of shed blood. I’m pleading with you… Don’t get caught up in the lies or be found participating in an evil agenda. Doing so makes you responsible for listening to and responding to lies and deceptive agendas. Avoid getting your hands stained with blood! Recognize the power you do possess and use the power given you to
effect and demand real change. Make responsible choices for your lives and
accept the judgments that the Word of God has already passed. Be right and just
in all your ways abstaining from evil. The
Abortion Controversy I was recently asked by a participant what my thoughts were about
the argument in some Christian circles that aborted babies get condemned to
hell. This is another divisive ploy often times used to get the government to
legislate morality. Neither Congress nor the Supreme Court has any business
redefining morality – that was already done by Jesus. Let me approach this from a different angle. This whole idea or
argument is designed to promote confusion and endless debate. The real argument
isn't whether abortion should be banned or not because aborted babies might
spend an eternity in hell. The real argument should be about what the emotional,
spiritual, psychological and eternal outcome will be for those who - after having
reached the "age of decision" decided to cut short the gift of life of
an innocent child still in its development stages residing within the mother's
womb? These unborn children cannot be held accountable for choices made by
others. They are completely powerless to have a say in anything. GOD protects
the innocent and has tremendous compassion on the powerless. I seriously doubt
that innocent unborn babies spend eternity in hell. According to the scriptures,
GOD holds all persons responsible for their actions who have reached the age of
decision and accountability. Every choice they’ve ever made and everything they
have ever done under the sun will be held into account. For judgment is His and
no one else is worthy to judge but the Lamb of GOD. So, the real issue is what will become of those who continue to
support an act which can only be defined as "unprovoked
murder?" The real risk being taken here then is the choice a mother
makes and how that choice will impact the mother's eternal soul not to mention
her emotional health and wellbeing. Will she become repentant and forever
remorseful after having committed such an act or will her stance always be to
support abortion, even condoning it merely because the unborn child is
unwanted? She would be entirely forgiven by GOD if she repents and does not
repeat or support the act ever again but is she forgiven if she continues
promoting such a selfish act? The key here is the selfish element of abortion.
Jesus was "selfless" in all His manner and behavior and never once
was He caught in a selfish act. The answer to "What would Jesus do?"
then becomes obvious. It therefore stands to reason that the argument of abortion should
be more clearly focused on the outcome of a woman's decision and how it will
impact her life not whether the soul of that unborn child will suffer eternal
torment. To the unborn, abortion is “murder.” It’s that plain and
simple. I am a living witness and testimony to GOD and of His divine power,
purpose and plan for what becomes of a child who was conceived of rape and by
contemporary standards and practice should have been aborted by my mother
because of the awful violation committed against her will at age 15. After being raped and almost dying of starvation in a locked dark
and damp basement without windows, water or food for 33 days... my mother was rescued
and found to be impregnated during her recovery. The Doctors advised her to
abort due to her poor health and condition. Under the power of the Holy
Spirit's influence she bravely said, "Over
my dead body! I'm going to have this baby no matter what!" The
controversial argument over abortion rights should always include concern about
"What is in the best interests of
the child?" The selfless concern for a child will weigh heavy in God’s
judgment of a woman’s choices. Putting a child up for adoption today is not
only humane but easy too. Abortion is a selfish act no matter how you look at it even if the
impregnated woman's life is in danger by carrying the fetus to full term. The
sexual act that conceived the child may or may not have been a matter of
personal choice. But the choice of what to do still remains hers and hers alone.
I do not support government control of abortion or playing any role in
attempting to legislate a woman's free will. GOD will judge and hold the woman
accountable for whatever decisions she makes in her life. I believe that in the
case of a woman’s body being her own, man should not interfere. Let no one
deprive us of our free will! Judgment will likely not have anything to do with
whether or not her choice was made in accordance with or against man’s laws. In
this situation I firmly believe that God's law trumps all human law and it all
boils down to whether or not the choices we make in life are for selfish reasons
or will we be found practicing selfless love? I hereby declare that the above witness and testimony written by
me is true and was done under the direction and guidance of the Father's Holy
Spirit and in so doing have judged the matter according to the selfless
pattern, precept and teachings established in Christ Jesus. I have no second
thoughts or fears with regards to the position I have stated here and believe
the above written judgment is according to the judgment of GOD and His Holy
Spirit residing within me. While the signs of our times become ever more evident, mankind is
given the opportunity to shine brightly in the ever increasing darkness. We do
that best by responding with selfless acts of love and compassion. Again the
world has the opportunity to be selfless offering assistance to the ravaged
Nation of Myanmar which was utterly destroyed in a recent cyclone taking an
estimated 100,000 lives still with over 40,000 people missing. An ancient
volcano dormant for thousands of years in Chaiten, Chili erupts earlier this
week and is growing in intensity. Scientists say this volcano hasn’t erupted in
over 9000 years but I argue that it most likely has been a sleeping giant since
mankind’s beginnings. We know events like these are merely the beginning. The
signs are everywhere brethren. My own discernment and expressed concerns stated in this Scroll
bring to mind some verses in the Book of Isaiah 3:4-5: “And I will give children to be
their princes, and babes shall rule over them. And the people shall be
oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbor: the child shall
behave himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against the
honorable.” In a time where God-fearing men could really make a
difference exercising the authority given them, we are countered by other
principalities, intimidated and forced to surrender our liberties to the long
arm of law and authority. Every month in this country more of our liberties are
being taken away and now the righteous man is suspect and considered a threat
to national security. The fire that Jesus long ago desired to be kindled is now growing
with intensity. Luke 12:49 “I am come to send fire on the
earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?” Matthew 10:34 “Think not that I am come to send
peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.” That time is now at hand
brethren. Pray not contrary to a fulfillment of these prophetic scriptures but
pray in agreement with God; “Yes, come Lord Jesus come.” But know brethren the desired fire is not by
conventional means but by the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit which
first manifested itself by “tongues of fire” anointing
repentant believers. He who has the Spirit of God within is a God-fearing man
and by the power of God is able to make a difference in an otherwise
indifferent world. Only by the power of God’s Holy Spirit will we ever be able
to make a difference. It is not that we are called to change, alter or avert
the increasing days of trouble (tribulation). It is that we are called as
ministers of righteousness to God performing our duty exhorting, reproving and
rebuking the unruly and always practicing selfless love and compassion towards
our fellow man. Fight to maintain your liberty but not at the expense of
robbing another man’s liberty. Speak out and be heard, defend yourself if you
must but do not hold a grudge against another man. Rather, forgive him and walk
away allowing God to have His way with our oppressor. Vengeance belongs to God
and we must be free of transgress against another. James 4:7 “Submit
