How should we be showing others who hate us the love and mercy
Christ afforded all men? Some letters I receive are so vile and
full of hatred, it is hard to stomach their hateful speech. Indeed,
if words were fashioned after IED's many more victims would be
lying on the streets dead from verbal assaults in our country.
I'm not sure why I give some men with such vile approach an audience
nor why I should include them on my mailing list when they request
it. One letter I received recently, was so full of vile hatred
and abusive words, I nearly deleted it. I think sometimes it
is better to ignore the bully and pay him no attention in the
hopes that he would go away than to give him the audience he
desires. Being that as it may, I felt that God had something
to say to him and so the following is my witness of Christ to
such a man. I prayed that he give my letter the same respect
I gave his in reading it through. Without first establishing
some respect, there can be no fruitful discourse between opposing
parties. I continued to inquire, "Do you believe as the majority
of the world that love is a feeling that is here today and gone
tomorrow or do you understand as I do that love is an unwavering
commitment? Are you angry with Christians because you feel judged
by them or are you jealous that we believe and you cannot? What
causes your affliction? Why must you profane the name of my Lord?
Is it because too many Christians are in disagreement with one
another and somehow, your mind cannot understand how faith is
what keeps us together in one body - not doctrines and precepts
of man?" Faith and religion are two different categories. Religion is man-made and faith is God created. Man offers religion as a vehicle for salvation but God offered His Son as the vehicle and gave to each man a measure of faith. Now the question is - what should we be doing with the faith He apportioned us? Do we create our own version of heaven on earth by creating and building religious empires? Or recognizing the futility of such an endeavor, do we simply learn to live and love selflessly all our fellow men - even our accusers and oppressors - and await the day when Christ returns to recompense every man according to the deeds he has done? Because the Pope sits on a throne ruling a particular religious empire, he is apostate and his works produce enmity towards God. Unfortunately, instead of being truly separated, many Protestant denominations have followed the same Catholic patterns and are no better. Though much of Christianity is confessing Jesus is Lord, few
if any are actually modeling themselves after His pattern. If
they were, man would build no more holy structures and idols.
If man accepted God the Father and Christ Jesus as the supreme
authority, there would be no need for democracy, socialism or
Congress and Parliaments or Presidents and Prime Ministers or
Kings and Queens. We have a King - if we accept His sovereign
authority. But herein lies the problem... what is the interpretation
of law? Moses and the tribes he led around in the wilderness
had the same problem that men in power have today... how should
the law be interpreted? The answer I give is so simple that a
child can grasp it yet theologians are still choking on it. The
simplest answer I can give is that the law was already interpreted
by Jesus and demonstrated beautifully by how He lived and died.
Selfless is the word that comes to mind but selfish is still
a factor in the human condition. The sharp contrasts to Christ's pattern and teachings seen by men in power in the visible church and in human government are what set us in a militant mode. Hypocrisy is everywhere and rebellion is afoot in all the religious orders of man. We should not blame God for the chaos reigning supreme on our planet. It is not Christ's fault and His Word is not to blame. If we point the finger at anyone, we should start with ourselves and be righteous examples but think not that we can compete with God. Yet, that is what man is doing. I like taking a different approach to what the mainstream Churches are doing. I exhort the strongest of my brethren to be the immortals we are called to be and rather than fearing death or suffering, embrace it and count it as a measure of gain and confirmation that you are on the right path. Instead of measuring yourself against others who are still in a fallen state, measure yourself against the pattern of Christ and His Apostles. Let His Word be your judge and measuring rod and submit to it now lest you loose your case in the final judgment. I pray the witness of Christ precedes you and you touch many lives inspiring others to do the same. The witness of Christ in flesh must live on but you must believe! Let the Word be your guide, judge and measuring rod. With it, you will always have the power to overcome. Without it, you may miss out on some of the glory promised all that follow Christ Jesus. We who follow Him will part-take and taste everything He experienced in flesh and because of that... we will be the ones of whom He spoke of in John 6:53-58 Then Jesus said unto them, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him. As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever." That is what it means to eat of His flesh and drink of His blood. We must follow His implicit pattern of righteousness if we ever expect to live eternal with Him in the heavens. Be the sons of God that you are called to be and leave the hirelings alone because they being blind will fall into pits of darkness. It is not up to us to find or seek a good church. Government and patriotism is not the answer either. Religion is for the untamed and undisciplined masses. It is our duty and responsibility to be the true Church and continue bearing witness of His indwelling presence in our lives. By our obedient example - some may perhaps be truly saved and make a difference. My Cross - My Burden Last fall, I reconnected with an old acquaintance that I had not seen in almost 10 years. He used to work under my employ years ago when I was in my business management profession. I remember his flamboyant Christian character and how he was always such a kind and gentleperson. I saw him twice before going to Israel in October and had high hopes that I might be able to engage with a group of local pastors he ministers to. Of course, it was imperative he spend some time taking a deeper look into my ministry to determine potential and I encouraged him to use my site extensively so that he would get a better understanding of where I was at in my faith and how I was being used by God to minister the gospel of Christ crucified. A great deal of time passed after my return from Israel and I grew concerned over his absence and failure to reply to my many email inquiries. I thought that at the very least he would be interested in hearing all about my trip to the Middle East. Months passed on until just recently when I received a disparaging letter from him. In his brief letter, he confessed my strong reproofs and stance against mainstream Christianity and the Government troubled him. He appealed to me to take my eyes off such things and focus only on what the will of God is. He further admonished me in saying that my many writings seemed void of the love we're supposed to practice between one another. The following was my response and it will show you the difficulty any Godfearing disciple has when trying to make inroads to bear witness of Christ's redeeming qualities to mainstreamers. I ask as you read this that you spend some time praying over such matters because we are commanded by God to keep on the lookout for all the saints and should be offering our prayers and supplications for the ministries which they are called to. To this day, I am still forced to ask, "Where is the support we are supposed to be receiving from the church?" Does the Church today forget what our Lord said about the Scribes who become disciples? Matthew 13:52 Then said he unto them, "Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old." Meaning, every scribe who has become a disciple of the kingdom of heaven is like the head of a household bringing forth out of his treasure things new and old. I dare say brethren, God's appointed messengers are still not being allowed into the assemblies. We are the most disregarded of fellow servants and many deny our offices still exist. My letter follows Thank you for finally opening your door brother so that I may come in and dine with you. The content of your letter confirmed my concerns over why I have not heard from you in a long while. Now, you will see just how the Lord uses me to Minister Christ's pattern of love and righteousness. You could have written me about anything - even inquiring of my trip to Israel but instead you were compelled to express concern over my style and fashion of office. "A wise man love's rebuke" - most especially myself - but any rebuke or concern directed at me needs to be well grounded and patterned after Christ's perfect example before I will receive it in the love it was intended. "Give him (his household) a greeting of peace..." this, I always do. But can you recognize the things, which God has done through Christ Jesus to make that peace possible? Surely, you know in part but do you understand the greater aspects that make up the whole? I know that you are a kind and gentleman and that is one of your finest attributes but you seem to overlook the obvious where I am concerned. This causes me further concern and I must admit that I was so very disappointed in reading your latent reply that I needed to remove myself from my office for a few days of prayerful reflection before I gave answer to your lacking-admonishment. Though you may not have intentionally done so, your words were directed at the servant I am and unfortunately was not well-grounded in proper context. At first, I took it personally and after God's answer to prayer, I understood that your ability to see clearly is shrouded by the same fog that covers most people's eyes in today's society. Please allow me to show you more deeply the love of God. I pray you are given discernment in the reading of this letter for at the current hour, I am still troubled by the apparent lack thereof. The best we can hope for in these apostate times is that those
who are truly called will recognize the real truth bearers and
witnesses living today and each will do their part in helping
to support one another (the saints called prophets, wise men
and scribes). These called saints as well will demonstrate an
unwavering obedience to Christ's pattern in everything possible
and will be numbered among those not forsaking the gathering
of the true assemblies. Though the visible church is lacking
greatly in her duty to "support the saints"
we must do so for one another. That means that birds of a feather
will flock together and eventually, our numbers may increase
but I caution that the true church will always be a minority
in these troubled times we now live. "Though
many are called, few are chosen." That's a verse
that every Godfearing man must reckon himself to - whether or
not he is called of God or some other fallen angel or spirit.
Is the path a man walks broad and accompanied by many other travelers
or is it narrow allowing only enough room for a brother or two
to walk shoulder to shoulder? Is that much room even allowed?
The best description of the battles we are currently engaged in are found in the words expressed by Paul to the Ephesians 6:10-18 "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;" Therefore, if fear is our enemy then faith (trust) is our armor. Do you not understand brother that the love of God is incomplete within us unless we also embrace and accept His hatreds? Why are you so bothered by my strong delivery and warning to the mainstream churches when utter rebellion is at foot? You say a soft answer turns away wrath but do you attempt to muzzle the ox when he is threshing? Do you mute the trumpet (shofar) when it is blowing? Do you silence the messenger and tell him to "be quiet - people are sleeping around here?" You say , "we must take our eyes off what man is doing
and look to see what God is doing." I admonish your lack
of understanding brother in the name of Christ Jesus and answer
that two blind men who fell into a pit would not have fallen
if one had his eyes open to see the path before him. Furthermore,
one should look to see
and follow what God has already done and
patterned for us to mirror. You cannot walk through life safely
without eyes to see and discernment to know the difference between
what should be and what should not be. How will any avoid the
traps and snares set by Satan if he is not paying attention and
watching his pathway carefully? How, if one has eyes to see,
will one avoid danger by looking the other way? If he cannot
see it or is looking the other way will he too not fall into
a pit? What you prescribed is what is taught in mainstream Christianity
and all it ever accomplishes is weakness, blindness and ignorance.
God does not want His children to be unaware my friend but in
fact commands that we understand, accept and apply ourselves
with the shrewdness of a snake yet while being gentle as doves.
One does not "overcome"
anything if he is looking the other way. Looking the other way
is sticking one's head in the sand and ignoring that a problem
exists. Here is understanding... the survival of the saints is
in part made possible by achieving a wise understanding of your
enemy's ways and knowing his manipulative schemes. Knowledge
therefore is useful for countering the enemy's works. Remember God's rebuke against all of Job's friends? Though their advice was well intentioned, they clearly did not know what the heck they were talking about in Job's case. Do you suppose to have a better path for me to follow or perhaps a better standard than the examples Jesus and His Apostles left for mankind? My God man... Don't you understand that I've been crying aloud since the day of my appointment... To wake up the sleepers? I really believe that men like me are in desperate short supply and the condition of popular westernized Christianity is a solid indicator of that. Just how long should we carry on with this over baked lovey-dovey, forgive, forget and look the other way attitude? Brother, have you forgotten what I told you plainly - that LOVE is an unwavering commitment and FEEDING God's flock is in part satisfied by educating people with truth? Is this not how Peter was commanded three times by Jesus to "feed the sheep?" Do you also not understand that a crucial part of God's love is also defined by God's hatreds? Do we love what God hates? May it never be! Since when was accountability not part of your understanding God's love? By refusing to address the problems in today's churches (organized
man-made religious institutions) - one does nothing to help the
REAL Church. Refusing to talk about it or do nothing about it
is like an alcoholic denying he has a problem - so the problem
continues to exist. By refusing to address the problems (cry
out aloud) that many are so seduced into believing through man's
divisive political alliance, one allows his drunk neighbors to
drive the streets in a drunken state risking their own lives
and other innocent people too. Do you let your beloved brother
or neighbor walk right into harms way knowing that his direction
will bring about harm to himself causing stain and reproach and
also upon everyone with whom he fellowships? If we are to practice our love for the brethren the way that
God loved each of us in our lives - who are you oh son of man
to say that I am not fulfilling my role as an obedient disciple?
Paul (Saul) was also forgiven but shown how much he must suffer
for the gospel's sake. Am I any different in that respect? Paul
and the other Apostles also taught about forgiveness through
repentance. Is repentance anything less than turning away from
and abstaining from the things, which bring about stain and reproach?
I am commanded (as I told you I was) to "go now and seek
my true brethren - keeping myself separate from mainstream apostasy"
and when I did, I found myself outcast and left in the cold by
those calling themselves "Christian." How is my experience
any different than what Jesus indicated it would be? Those you
would make excuses for have filled my life with rejection. My
Father says, "Send them this warning son" and yet,
you don't want to acknowledge the message I am commanded to give
is from GOD. Just what do you think that the role of the Church is supposed
to be today? Who is the Church? Who is my brother? Is my brother
not the one doing the will of my Father? If that is so then what
is the will of my Father? Is the will of my Father not to surrender
myself under Christ's lordship, listening and obeying all He
has demonstrated? In whom will the Father of heaven be well pleased
brother? Will the Father be pleased with forgiving men and forgetting
or denying that transgression still exists among believers? Or,
will he be more pleased with men upholding and demonstrating
the actual pattern of Christ by forgiving and continuing to reprove,
rebuke and admonish one another holding each accountable to the
righteous standards set by Jesus and obediently applied by the
Apostles? Which is the most correct application of Christ-likeness? Brother, it is not me who am lacking in godly love here. As
God has loved me, so I also love you, my brother, my neighbor
and my enemy. I love each the same and with the same degree of
mercy that was apportioned me, so I also freely give unto others.
It is for the sake of love that I do this and it is by the example
shown me that I mirror to others. I mirror the same degree of
accountability towards my fellow man and am not content with
merely speaking of it but go out of my way to demonstrate it
in my every day life. Not one moment on any given day in my life
is absent of my consideration for how God wants me to love my
fellow man. Some I know are Scribes like me and we all are speaking in the same tongue and with the same measure of salt but each of us has been cast out of the congregations we once loved. Already forgotten are my oldest exhortations starting in 1998 that began warning the churches to repent now lest judgment befall them soon. We immediately saw a rise in church burnings across this nation and then scandals of various clergy being caught in compromising situations from Washington to Florida. One of the clearest warnings I gave included the sexual abuse by Catholic priests' three years before it became headline news. Already forgotten is the letter and warning I sent to President George Bush January 27, 2001 appealing for this country's national repentance for all its sins against humanity since its beginnings. So many things I wrote and proclaimed and published came to pass in 2001. September 11 was a day just like God described in my letter of warning to President Bush and in other Scrolls - "the ramparts are beginning to crumble and soon, the walls will give way. It will be like trees on a mountain slope laid waste when the mountain erupts." Little did I know at the time that our own US Government and
certain Elite men and their selfish interests were behind the
whole 911 affair. Clearly, this was an inside job precipitating
the largest cover-up ever in US history. Now the evidence is
out and many still want to bury their heads in the sand and pretend
it is not so. I have therefore come to the conclusion that many
don't want to know because they can't handle the truth! Man does
not want to let go of his selfish pride - it hurts too much.
For those that are not humble in heart, humility is a foreign
and uncomfortable feeling - Americans in particular avoid it. Regardless of what you think or say about the office I maintain, I will continue doing not my will but my Father's will just as the subject line of your email indicated. You may do as so many others and overlook the more important function of my office missing the relevancy and denying the credibility I've already established. That is your choice. But three things I won't do brother is look back - I won't nurse-maid or bottle feed - And lastly, I will not compromise what God is already doing through me. Though it is painful for me to see what others don't recognize, I must not abandon the task I've been given. My Lord knows just how deep my love is and many will sadly regret the day they disregarded the message I brought. I am but one of God's little messengers, "the least of all," Paul would say. It is not I any man should fear or envy. But the two who will soon follow, now they will truly magnify the power of God and recompense the whole earth refining the faithful before the first resurrection takes place. If you think my office lacks the necessary love brother, measure that against what the two witnesses will do and then try to convince me that these acts somehow lack the love of God. Let faith be your submission unto Christ's example alone and look for it in your true brethren. Let discernment be your magnifying glass so that you may see more clearly all the elements at play. May courage and humility remain your close friends. Seek knowledge and ask God and He will make wisdom your best friend. "Keep her close and she will guard you." Yes brother, it is as you said - you better believe the Kingdom
of God is at hand. It is inside you and all around you not in
buildings made of wood and stone. God's lively messengers are
walking the planet today and are about doing the Father's business.
It doesn't look any different than it did 2000 years ago. A workman
is worthy of his wages and I know that my inheritance is more
than I deserve considering the wretch I was. But know this -
there will be hell to pay for all them that withheld our support
and hindered us from speaking to the assemblies in these last
days. The judgment that awaits them is not pretty and will be
similar to the judgment that awaits all the corrupted leaders
of nations and their political scheming allies. Comparatively
speaking, only a few will make it in the first resurrection.
What happens to the rest of the dead in the second resurrection
remains to be judged. It will be then that the works that follow
him judges a man. Only Christ is worthy to open that book and
judge all that were on the outside. After a long rebuke of Pharisaism, Jesus proclaimed and warned in Matthew 23:33-39 "Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar. Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation. O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord." And what is a Scribe who becomes a disciple? Matthew 13:52 Then said he unto them, "Therefore every scribe which is instructed (becomes a disciple) unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder (head of household), which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old." What is a messenger if not a prophet? What is a wise man if not Godfearing? What is a Christian if not a disciple? Who is my brother or sister if not they who are doing my Father's will? Titus 2:15 "These things speak and exhort and reprove with all authority. Let no man despise thee." We each have various gifts and those gifts are what determine
our course, application and office, which we attend. As brothers
and sisters in the same body, we don't always agree with one
another though we probably should be as we are each a member
of the same body - each having its particular function. I have
no doubt that many of us will rejoice and share at the Lord's
banquet table. You may notice in this Scroll the disappointment
and grief I express over not being well received by the visible
churches of man. Funny thing how God works - where man failed
in the churches to let the sent messengers of God in to give
their warning, Rita at Cephas Ministry obeyed and allowed for
messengers like myself to cry out aloud from the roof-tops -
from satellite to satellite reaching around the whole world.
And that is how God will use some messengers until Christ takes
His seat on earth to rule the in the New Millennium. Where one
or some fail - others will take their place to fulfill the will
of God and make ready for the final tests and trials soon coming
upon us (the Church). Tribulation will be the final trials of
the Church followed by the wrath, which is God's sentence against
the world that opposed Him. We are but one small part of the whole and until the other parts of the body recognize our importance and relevancy, we are at risk of becoming infected or diseased like organs starved of the body's immunities. What will become of us? Will we continue to be surgically removed and discarded as unimportant parts of the body or will the surgeons repair other limbs in the body stopping the infection, which rapidly spreads to other organs? Jesus prescribed that we should only remove those parts of the body that cause one to stumble not the parts, which promote harmony and peaceful co-existence. The question to be answered then are people like myself accusers of the brethren or watchmen on the wall commanded to give warning? I'm sure some of you will agree that there are many today deceived and wandering like blind men leading the blind. We know that both fall into pits. Here is where the real value of messenger's warning comes into play. He is given to expose and bring what was formerly hidden out into the light of day so that other travelers may be warned and avoid certain dangers lying ahead. Offices like mine and discernment ministries like Cephas are primarily educational ministries that function like highwaymen posting caution signs along a dangerous roadway. If the highways we travel are not well posted with warning signs, how many more people might meet untimely deaths or injury? Understanding the need for such postings along our highways also lends good reason for the necessity of discernment ministries and watchmen. Together, we ultimately help believers and Godfearing men like myself avoid being deceived or falling into pits. Awareness is key here to following along the given path safely. There are many dangers and traps set for us to make a fall. My roll is no less valid. That is a truth that all the churches professing Jesus as the Christ and Lord must come to bear and acknowledge. With all sincerity and love for the truth and our scattered
brethren abroad, |
