Greetings brethren, friends and neighbors, I bid you shalom in the name of Yahweh, our Father and Jesus the Christ, our Lord. I hope that no one is offended that I utilize Gods name albeit Greek, Hebrew or English. When I speak or write His Name, I honor Him with praise for His omnipresence. People need to be reminded that the one true God, our Creator and His only begotten Son are (is) the one unifying catalyst tying all humanity together.
By large contrast, are the Divided Nations, which cannot stand apart from GOD and the many divided houses of GOD (mans religious institutions), which are crumbling before our very eyes. Mankinds labels are becoming useless today as we see the Word unfold and fulfill itself. It no longer matters whether you are looking at the so-called secular or religious because the living and active Word of God transcends all boundaries, boarders, labels and man-made definition. We are witnessing the prophetic words and teachings of Christ Jesus manifest and fulfill themselves in our lives today with increased acceleration. Those with discernment are making bold and courageous attempts to educate, inspire and inform those who have not taken the Word of GOD seriously nor taken the necessary time to study, accept and apply themselves to its wisdom and profound direction that it has provided a select few for millennia. This Scroll is dedicated to uncovering a long held mystery, known only by a few; Gods intended function and role of women in ministry. I will also attempt to answer the Why? of eternal life and leave you the reader with the Why not?
First off, let me go on record as saying that women do have a valuable place and function in a Christ centered ministry and men who do not believe so are deluded, puffed up and arrogant in their assumption that women should keep their mouths shut and blindly submit themselves to a mans authority. This argument is based solely on the verse quoted from Apostle Paul, which is most often taken out of context. 1 Corinthians 14:34-37 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church. What? Came the word of God out from you? Or came it unto you only? If any man thinks himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.
This passage is not commanding women to be silent but is stating that in the congregation (gathering) of God-fearing men whom are disciples, the women are to remain silent unless called upon. The womans role and duty is largely outside the gathering. The women are indeed called as disciples but their form and function is slightly different than that of a mans role and function. Clearly, women were counted as worthy of service and were acknowledged for such during the days of apostolic influence. In Acts chapter 4, a reference is made to leading women who provided various means of support where helps and administrations could be given. Peter writes making reference to holy women in 1 Peter 3:1-5 Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear. Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands.
In the above verses, there is a key statement made about the image a woman adorns herself with. The statement, But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. Clearly defines a spiritual image of God as opposed to a beautiful woman. The verse says, Let it be the hidden man of the heart which is not corruptible. Since we know that mankind is vulnerable and corruptible we can easily discern that Peter is speaking of the Spiritual image of God in us wherein there is no distinction between male and female. I can truthfully say that in recent months, even the last year, I have been witness to a few women who write and or speak without their being any affinity to or indication of their female nature. When I witness this in a woman, I discern not a woman but another human vessel being used productively by God whose very being exhibits the same gifts and attributes first given unto men for the purpose of Ministry. I discern the very Spirit of God whom has no sexual identity. I whole heartily welcome God fearing Sisters who are participating with us in this ministry and I acknowledge their role as being no less important than a God-fearing mans role. Since it appears there indeed was a change for women in ministry, when did it first take place? You may be surprised to find out that God was still creating new things long after He rested from the initial days of Creation.
For
the LORD hath created a new thing in the earth, a woman shall
compass a man." Jeremiah 31:22
A woman shall compass: " 5437 cabab revolve around, surround or border " a man. That is what is meant according to Strong's Concordance. God has placed woman in a higher position than just a playmate or mother for Adam's children. It is the team that becomes powerful and allows for accountability. Two opposite sexed people rather than same sexed persons was how God designed relationship between man and woman not unlike a good fit between a hand and glove. A likeness to this concept is when our Father had sent His Son to save the lost tribes of Israel who are often referred to collectively as a woman; in this context, a back-sliding daughter. Clearly, Israel compassed the Man, Jesus. This also happens to be a convenient concept for couples that engage themselves in ministry. The two who come together and become one is very powerful and useful for our Lords desire and works. Was this not the intent and desire of God whom sent His only Son? Was Israel not supposed to gather unto Him as a bride does a groom?
We also know
that a proper marriage is a good parable and example of how God
likes to view our relationship with the true Church.
That is why Jesus said in Matthew 18:20 For
where two or three are gathered together in my name, there
am I in the midst of them. Jesus was not merely
talking about male disciples accompanying one another on missionary
journeys nor was He intending the gatherings to be a men
only club. He allowed Mary Magdalene to accompany Him and
the disciples from time to time and allowed her and other women
to render service where needed. Apostle Paul was ministered to
by a couple, Aquila and Priscilla, who scripture says ministered
to Paul a more excellent way of presenting
the Gospel. Acts 18:26 And he began to speak boldly
in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they
took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God
more perfectly.
I for one welcome
the fellowship of God fearing women in this ministry and I am
calling upon both men and women everywhere to stand
and be counted as children of promise. I am asking
among those who gather with us to allow yourselves the opportunity
to be a vessel of speech and or written word regardless of wether
you are male or female. Let the Spirit of God speak His utterances
among us so that all may benefit and be edified! This by no means
allows for, justifies or excuses the profane nature of sodomites
and their un-natural tendencies. Sodomites are not qualified
for any Christ Centered ministry whatsoever
because they remain unrepentant and are full of unbelief, perverting
the very Gospel of our Lord who died for all our sakes. A Gay
preacher is an utter offense and abomination; then, now and forever
will be.
Hebrews 5:8-14 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec. Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing. For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For every one that uses milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongs to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Then the scribe writes in Hebrews 8:1-6
Now of the things which we have spoken this is the
sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand
of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; A minister of the
sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched,
and not man. For every high priest is ordained to offer
gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this
man having something also to offer. For if he were on earth,
he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests
that offer gifts according to the law: Who serve unto the
example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished
of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See,
saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern
shown to thee in the mount. But now hath he obtained a more
excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a
better covenant, which was established upon better promises.
Yes, the concepts of eternity are overwhelming. As humans, we find it difficult to grasp the aspects of eternity because we live in bodies of mortal flesh and all life on earth is in a cycle of death and decay giving way for new life to be regenerated. You see it in the changing seasons, in plant and animal life and over the lapse of time. We know that flesh dies and decays and old, dead carcasses are sometimes preserved for us as in the fossil record. But don't believe for a moment that these ancient creatures of the past lived millions of years ago as most scientists claim. Many scientists have failed to recognize that life on earth was destroyed once before in a planetary flood and much of what once lived, drowned and was covered up by massive torrential currents moving mud and sediments as the flood waters rose. This one cataclysmic event quickly covered up and buried all trace of life on land. The truth about the fossil record is that it only takes a few thousand years to replace dead life forms with the minerals that cause the fossilization process under various degrees of pressure being absent of oxygen thereby slowing down or stopping the decay process. I tell you truly, it was the absence of oxygen that allowed for the decay process to stop and the fossilization process to begin leaving for us a record of life that once existed. All that lives and now exists is from the remnant of life that was on Noah's Ark excepting for the more resilient sea creatures of course, which have been around since the early dawn of "Creation."
As humans, we who live in a post flood world have shorter life spans and are unable to comprehend more than what is beyond our own paradigms or realm of contemporary experience. As a result, we attempt to explain and justify what we "think" we know based upon what we have experienced in our shortened lives. Very little credit and acknowledgment is given to the "recorded history" afforded us in ancient manuscripts, which make up various books in our Bibles. At best, a man or woman has a 120-year life span and this is because Yahweh made it so just prior to the flood. This change in human life span was the result of mankind's corruption and is so recorded in Genesis.
Genesis 6:3 "And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years."
From the beginning, man has been somewhat of a hindrance because of our propensity for disobedience. The few who were spiritually attuned and had relationship with God in the days and years before the flood lived long lives and this was so that the earth would be populated with mankind. Though God shortened the years of a man's life because of his continual transgression and disobedience, Noah still lived another 350 years after the flood and was 600 years old prior to the flood. Noah was a righteous and God-fearing man. Scripture says that during the time of the "pre-flood" era, giants (Nephilim) roamed the land. This is clear evidence that man and beast did dwell on the earth at the same time and also supports what caused the extinction of the dinosaurs and all such prehistoric plant and animal life forms that were "land based."
Therefore, if you look at what has made our lives on earth so short (disobedience) and recognize that obedience promotes long life, you begin to realize that God's desire for us is indeed to live long and prosperous lives. Many centuries later, Jesus came on the scene after a number of tribes had grown out of the re-propagation stemming from Noah's family whom were also preserved on the Ark. Now there were new kingdoms, governments, law and man's society was maturing and developing into what would later become life on earth today. God the Father saw that the son's of men were straying again from the relationship He so desired and so it was necessary to send a messenger that would once and for all time define His love for us. The message of eternal life we now long for and seek is the very promise Jesus made when He dwelled among us and sacrificed Himself for us. But the quality of eternal life He was promising had certain conditions that came with it.
According to His teachings, fundamentally, we are three part beings; body, soul and spirit. We are flesh first and that is natural and of the earth and secondly, we are soul which are hosts to a spirit(s) which is the eternal make-up of Gods image. Where it is recorded in Genesis that man was made in the image of God, the reference is to the spiritual make-up of man because we know according to experience and scripture, "God is Spirit." Wether you like it or not, that is what you are. You did not have any say in your make-up just the same as an infant has no say in whom his or her parents shall be. That's just the way it is because God created us as human hosts. That is also why God was often referred to as the "Lord of Hosts" in ancient times. Believers understood this long before there was ever a Caesar in Rome. Does the created object say to its creator, "Make me into something different?"
Jeremiah 18:1-11 "The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying, Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words. Then I went down to the potter's house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels. And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it. Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying, O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel. At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it; If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them. And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it; If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them. Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good."
Romans 9:20-24 "Nay but, O man, who art thou that replies against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honor, and another unto dishonor? What if God, willing to show his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?"
Since you, like me, are in hot pursuit of the truth and wisdom, you must accept these elementary principles before you can move forward into healthy and dynamic relationship which God so desires. You must accept from beginning to end what eternal truths He has revealed by His Word and the faithful witness and testimonies of so great a cloud of witnesses spoken throughout history. Though man may change his way of thinking, God's Word is unchanging. It truly is the same today as it was yesterday and so it will be tomorrow.
Scripture records Jesus as having said, "Heaven and earth shall pass away but the Word shall remain forever." So the question is not if it is or is not. The question is weather or not you will accept what these profound teachings and parables of eternal wisdom offer. Man does not need to reach out to or "wait" for God. God has already reached out to us and is still doing His part. The truth is that God is "waiting however patiently for man to mature. We are still yet children and like children, we will always be as children unto the Father. Now I ask you, do you want to be counted as a child of promise or be counted as illegitimate? What say ye? This is the fundamental question that all Christians must answer and is the same that I pose to all mankind. It is not, "What do you want to be?" The question is, "What are you?" This is what every human must answer and then once answered, must come to grips with the unseen reality that is before them.
Eventually, I get around to asking the question of those inquiring of eternal life, "What do you have to loose?" The answers vary depending upon people's paradigm of experience. You've probably heard it said before, "If you don't have your health, you don't have anything." Well, this is true. We live in a world that is of two extremes. One part is the excessive indulgence of man and the other is the conservative or prudent. Obesity has been recently reported as an epidemic in America and then there is the other camp that swing towards health and fitness extremes. Both of these camps are worldly and depend upon human remedies for stress relief, hunger satisfaction or improving physical health. There are few who consider the importance of their spiritual health or care to measure their spiritual discipline. Your body of flesh will only live so long, in the best of conditions, 120 years as I pointed out earlier. Why buffet one and neglect the other?
Many Christians today are neglecting their spiritual health while spending far too much time buffeting or neglecting their physical needs. This should not be and is a matter of great concern to me. I am concerned because the majority of contemporary Christians have been led astray into vain pursuits of worldly health, wealth, prosperity and the acquisition of mammon which deteriorates and fades or is spent while neglecting the more important matters of spiritual health, wealth and prosperity which are carried with them in the eternal here-after. Sadly, many Christians today have replaced genuine faith with man-made drugs, potions and things of a physical nature. The great masses of humanity are like wandering sheep in a field. Is it no wonder we needed a Shepherd to guide and lead us?
Why should one care about all this? We all suffer to varying degrees. It seems that of late, the people on this planet are suffering in greater proportion than has been witnessed in recent history. The Word of God promises, "All who desire to live Godly in Christ Jesus will suffer." So then, one might ask, "What is my motivation?" One person will respond from a selfish point of view and say, "I don't want to perish or go to hell." Another will say selflessly, "I don't want to see those I love not make it to heaven." I say, that since we all suffer, it is better to suffer for doing what is right, just and honorable and give praise and thanksgiving to God for the adversity in your life, which refines you and purifies your soul. Since we all will die the first death (of mortal flesh) then I say it is better to die with honor than to die in vain and have your life account for nothing. So again, I ask, What does anyone have to loose?
Therein is one small part of Christ's example of redemption upon the cross. He came to save and not destroy. The main point of all this was to show all humanity the way in through the eternal Kingdom's gates. "Make no other pattern than the one shown you through Him." "This is my Son in whom I am well pleased." "You are the temples of the living Spirit." Furthermore, Jesus did not say, "Go to Church." Jesus said of His disciples, "You are the Church." This then is the reason why anyone should desire eternal life and relationship with the living God. In short, life without God is pure HELL. Though life with God is difficult and adverse, it becomes rewarding and full of purpose and meaningful because He works in you and through you and you gain relationship with Him that lasts for an eternity. Allowing for this level of relationship is very rewarding because you get to witness the power and presence of the almighty at work everyday and you become a part-taker of His divine glory. This is not a religion of any sort or by any means or stretch of the imagination. I am talking about relationship that is everlasting and fruitful for yourself and others with and to whom you minister and fellowship.
If you are called and feel the tug in your heart or even the voice in your head and you don't know what to do... Start by humbly praying and repenting for all your years of unbelief and transgression and God will take it from there. At some point, you will wonder how you may serve in ministry without being a part-taker with the mass of hypocrisy and apostate agendas plaguing contemporary Christianity. Discover what your gifts are and immerse yourself in scripture, KJV, to learn more about how to employ those gifts and fulfill what God may be calling you to do. Apply yourself diligently to what you learn and allow God to grow you. Trust no one without first testing and measuring all you see and hear with what the Word teaches you. If you do hear a voice or feel your heart evoked, test that too with what the Word ascribes to us. "Test all things by the Spirit." "The Word is the Spirit, the Spirit of truth." Though I teach some, I am not the teacher. My teacher can be your teacher if you will it. At best, I am only a witness who is called to be faithful in the hopes that some may be so inspired to join me in the fields of harvest. Our time is drawing near and there is alot of work ahead yet to accomplish.
Religion is repetitious and boring, even dull and disappointing. Life with God is exciting, invigorating, challenging and full of purpose and meaning. The wisdom acquired in relationship is worth more than all the Gold, Silver and Diamonds on earth. That which I now posses, is not for sale and neither am I willing to trade it. So it is for any who desire to take hold of their divine inheritance, make use of their gifts and make a difference in this screwed up world. May all the praise, glory and honor be to Jesus who made it possible for us to live! Hallelujah, AMEN
In order for one to see what I see and believe what I believe... one must utterly trust what Jesus showed us and taught us. Given all that, is there any reason not to believe that life is eternal and we shall all one day be resurrected, some unto life ever-lasting and others unto eternal pain, punishment and endless suffering for their un-repentant transgressions against God? What say ye oh son of man? What say ye now that the hour is near?
May He richly bless you all with discernment and faith and then grant you the courage and endurance to stay in the fields of harvest. We are still very short workers in the field. If you have not already done so, I recommend that you order my book, "Apostasy Revealed" which is my witness and testimony of God's interaction in my life. If you found my letter agreeable, you will like what I have to offer in my book. It will also serve as a guide and study aid for you as you pour through scripture to verify and confirm what revelations of truth I have shared with you. It will be healing to your soul upon acceptance and application of what you learn. I pray that God be with you and guide you to make some good choices in life. My hope is also that you will be willing to freely share with others as I have freely shared with you so that others may be saved from the worst of torments still yet to come. It should come as no surprise or secret that I take these matters very seriously. I understand well what it means to Work out your salvation with fear and trembling.
Oh, how Ive longed for this day, a day of rest with no care of worldly affairs. Though Im still moored to these shores, Im drifting as my mind wanders to the sweet melody of soft music flowing through the air, mending my soreness from the struggle of secular affair. My Spirit is nourished and with my soul, my Lord freely shares His gentle wisdom, showing how much He cares. He says, Speak to my people, tell them I hear their voices rise up to me like the sweet aroma of incensed air. Tell them I care and soon, I will deliver them from their despair. Nicholas Scrolls 2004
